Small Group Classes
The Full Pilates System

All of our group classes are mixed apparatus with a maximum of eight people. You don’t need to choose between Reformer, Mat, Tower or Chair as we teach it all to everyone: this is the full Pilates system.
The ideal way to start is to join our three-week Jump Start course that will introduce you to our group classes. If you have some experience (with traditional Pilates) and are just looking to join a class, we recommend you begin with any Level 1 class on the schedule.
