Jump Start
Our signature beginners’ Pilates course
Our three-week beginners’ course will introduce you to the Reformer, Mat, Tower, and Chair: the full Pilates system. Learn Pilates in a small group of up to eight participants.
Open to anyone interested in starting at The Pilates Hub, but not suitable for those who are currently injured, pregnant or recently postpartum.
Next course begins Mon 15th June 2026

Start Strong
A more tailored approach to Pilates
Three private lessons where you will have time and space to work on your fitness goals. Especially valuable for those recovering from injury or operation, those who are pregnant or recently postpartum, or anyone who would prefer a more tailored introduction to Pilates.
Available Monday to Friday between 7:30am and 5:30pm.
