Pilates adapted for pregnancy
Join us for this weekly class, where you will do exercises on the Reformer, Mat, Tower, and Chair, as well as utilising small apparatus and props to strengthen and stretch your body.
Your teacher Jerri has experienced first-hand how having a regular Pilates practice is so beneficial to supporting you through pregnancy, delivery, and postnatal recovery. She has also completed the Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist certification.
Learn how this incredible exercise system can be adapted to suit your needs during pregnancy and beyond.
Option to purchase 4-pack of Flexi Passes (two month expiry date), or to drop-in with a single pass (one month expiry date).
These classes are open to anyone who is safe exercising in a group setting.
