Recovering from injury? Recently postpartum? This personalised package will prep you for group classes too.

Jump Start

Four-week class £110

Love the buzz of group classes? Get your motor running with our signature beginner’s class. Meet the Reformer, Tower, Chairs, Barrels and Mat: your full Pilates gym.

Open to newbies and refreshers, but not for those who are currently injured, pregnant or recently postpartum.

Saturdays at 10am

Wednesdays at 7pm
