Three 1:1 lessons £149

Build a strong foundation, learn key exercises and get familiar with the weird looking machines (you will grow to love them!). The traditional method uses set orders on Reformer and Mat and transitions between exercises. Your Start Strong pack of three 1:1 lessons is the ideal introduction to the Pilates method, tailored to your body and training needs. This is your springboard to all services the Hub offers.

Get your motor running with a four-week starter course: Meet the Reformer, Tower, Chairs, Barrels, and the Mat – your full Pilates gym. Ideal if you are new to Pilates OR to the Reformer and other apparatus.
You will build a strong foundation and enjoy the camaraderie of group class.
Open to newbies and refreshers, but not those who are injured, currently pregnant, or fewer than six weeks postpartum.

Your induction to the Pilates method gives the skills to progress in 1:1 lessons, join group classes, or workout independently at Joe’s Gym.
